Morning J.A.M.M.

During this session, participants will establish a simple morning self-care practice that includes: Journaling, Affirmations, Mindfulness, and Meditation (J.A.M.M.). They will explore the benefits of beginning the day by filling their cups; giving attention to their holistic wellness; establishing healthy morning habits. Time will be allotted for participants to create personalized self-care routines and develop a plan to execute them. We will also discuss how workplaces can support collective morning self-care routines.
