Those of us who have been called into service for our families, communities and organizations frequently find ourselves exhausted by our labors of love and devotions. Our intentions are great – we want to do good, but somehow our efforts often come at the price of our own well-being. We are exhausted, stressed and malnourished (both physically and emotionally) and yearn for ways to care for others and as well as ourselves. This circle of support is specifically, though not exclusively for community stakeholders who want to integrate increased well-being into their lifestyles and liberation commitments. Together, we’ll center our needs and engage in practices of radical self-love and self-care.
