Lizzie Salsich
Lizzie Salsich is a devoted student and teacher of yoga and other healing practices, offering classes, workshops, and retreats in the St. Louis area and at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Lenox, MA. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Religious Studies and is trained in yoga, qi gong, sacred dance, and a variety of other contemplative and mystical practices. She is passionate about sharing these life-giving tools with her community and is committed to cultivating and offering sacred spaces for healing, connection, rest, and renewal.
